Alongside our tenant search service is our rent collection service. We collect rent monthly on your behalf and deposit it directly to your bank account, following up immediately on any incidents of late or non-payment. This service suits many of our clients who prefer us to administer the terms of the contract, for their added convenience and peace of mind.
The premium service is our full property management service, where in addition to the above we manage all domestic issues arising during the course of a contract, so you don't have to.
